Cancellation Policy
Purna Saukhyaa™ is a services-based digital marketplace —All cancellation scenarios relate to therapy session bookings. The following policy applies:
| Cancellation Scenario | Client Entitlement |
|---|---|
| Client cancels session with 24 or more hours’ notice | 100% refund of session fee. No cancellation charge. No reason required. |
| Client cancels session within 24 hours of scheduled time | 50% refund. Remaining 50% retained as late cancellation fee and remitted to the Practitioner. |
| Client no-show (fails to attend without prior cancellation) | No refund. Full session fee is remitted to the Practitioner. |
| Practitioner cancels a confirmed session | 100% refund to Client. |
| Session package — discontinued mid-course by Client | Completed sessions re-priced at standard per-session rate. Unused sessions refunded less a 10% administrative processing fee. No refund once more than 80% of sessions are completed. |
How to Cancel: Clients cancel via their account portal (My Bookings → Cancel Session) or by emailing support@purnasaukhyaa.com with their Booking ID. All cancellation requests are time-stamped at the point of submission.
