Yes, completely. You set your own rates for every session type. We only suggest a minimum of ₹1,000 per session to maintain platform positioning. Change your rates anytime from your dashboard.
Payments are processed via Razorpay and settled directly to your registered bank account within 2 business days of each completed session. A detailed payout report is sent every week. No minimum withdrawal threshold.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice result in a forfeited session fee — you receive 100% of that payment. No-shows are treated the same. You can customise your own cancellation terms within our policy framework.
Not at all. Many therapists maintain a private practice alongside their presence on Purna Saukhyaa™. You control your calendar entirely — set your available hours, block dates, and take on as few or as many sessions as you choose.
Yes. We run platform-wide marketing across Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp. Your profile is SEO-optimised and featured in our email campaigns. You don't need to do personal marketing to receive bookings through the platform.
No minimum commitment or lock-in. You can pause or deactivate your profile at any time with 7 days' notice to allow existing bookings to complete. We believe therapists stay because it works for them, not because they're contractually obligated.
